Can I have just a section of my home cleaned?Unfortunately, we do not offer partial cleans ! We want to give you the best possible quality and service, so a full clean will need to be booked to ensure quality.

Do you charge an hourly rate or flat fee?Most of our services are priced based upon a flat fee, however, depending on the condition of the home, we may quote you hourly to give you the best possible rate.

Can I book services without a consultation?Unfortunately, we will need to complete either an in person, facetime or text consultation before services are booked. This is to ensure that we give you the most accurate quote, and are fully prepared for the task at hand!

Is there a required notice period if I would like to cancel services?If you are booked for weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly services, there will be a required thirty day notice period for services to be cancelled. Please see our cancellation policy for more information on cancelling one-time services.

Which areas do you service?We currently serve Colorado Springs, Monument, Teller County, Castle Rock, Manitou Springs, Denver Metro, Aurora, Golden, Gilpin County, Clear Creek County and Jefferson County.

Payments Accepted & Refund Policy
We currently accept cash, check, cash app or venmo for payment. Tidy Turns does not offer refunds on services that have been rendered and paid in full.
Cancellation Policy
For one-time cleaning services, after the appointment has been booked and you have received an appointment confirmation, you are required to give 48 hours' notice if you would like to cancel your service. Upon cancellation, 25% of the full quoted price will be due. If you fail to provide 48 hours notice, 50% of the full quoted price will be due upon cancellation.

For weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly services; a 30-day notice will be required from the client and/or the cleaner in order to cancel services. Failure to provide a 30-day notice will subject the client to pay the cost of one full service upon cancellation.

Tidy Turns guarantees that we will deliver an immaculate clean every time, and we expect our customers to hold us to that standard ! If you feel your cleaning services were unsatisfactory, we will offer you 20% off your next booked service (Up to $500.00).
